• To operate the marketplace, display listings, and connect buyers/renters with agents.

• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and keep the Platform safe.
• To show relevant — and clearly labelled — advertising and sponsored placements.

When you submit an enquiry, your message and contact details are shared with the relevant agent so they can respond. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics) under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

4. Advertising transparency

Sponsored and promoted content is always labelled. We do not use sensitive personal data for ad targeting. Any analytics are used in aggregate to improve the Platform.
