Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zbuyme (the "Platform"), a property-listings marketplace operating in Pakistan. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. The marketplace

zbuyme is a neutral venue that lets property owners, agents, and agencies ("Advertisers") publish listings and lets users discover and contact them. zbuyme is not a party to any transaction, is not a real-estate agency, and does not own, sell, rent, value, or inspect any property listed.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.
• Keep your password secure; notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Listings & user-submitted content

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and currency of their listings, including price, availability, location, ownership, and imagery. By submitting content you represent that you have the right to do so and grant zbuyme a non-exclusive licence to host and display it on the Platform.

• Listings must describe real, available properties and must not be misleading.
• You must have the legal right to advertise the property.
• We may edit, refuse, or remove any listing that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

4. Advertising & sponsored content

The Platform contains advertising and paid placements (for example "Featured", "Promoted", and "Sponsored" listings). All such placements are clearly labelled. Paid placement affects prominence and ordering but does not imply endorsement or verification of the underlying property by zbuyme.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Posting false, fraudulent, duplicate, or unlawful listings.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading the Platform.
• Harassment, spam, or attempts to defraud other users.
• Circumventing fees or misusing contact details obtained via the Platform.

6. Disclaimers & safety

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. zbuyme does not verify ownership, pricing, or the identity of every Advertiser. Always inspect a property and verify documents and identity before paying any deposit or fee. Never transfer money for a property you have not independently verified.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zbuyme is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any dealings between you and an Advertiser. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

The zbuyme name, logo, and Platform design are owned by zbuyme. Advertiser content remains owned by the Advertiser, subject to the licence above.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights.
